Big Brothers Big Sisters of Finney & Kearny Counties is a nonprofit youth mentoring organization seeking a full-time Case Manager to serve youth and families in partnership with local schools and community organizations.
This role is part relationship-builder, part program coordinator. You will help match children with trained volunteer mentors and support those relationships to foster each child’s academic, social, and emotional growth. Responsibilities include guiding the full mentoring process, from enrolling youth and families and screening volunteers to providing ongoing support for mentoring matches.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Organized, dependable, and detail oriented
- Self motivated with strong follow through
- Skilled in professional communication and relationship building
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Committed to positive outcomes for youth

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Strong computer and communication skills required
