**Job Title: ** MLS Staff Coordinator
**Reports To: ** Association Executive (AE)
**Position Overview: **
The MLS Staff member is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of the MLS system. This role also provides support in association operations, communications, and member services. The MLS Staff works directly under the Association Executive and assists with day-to-day office functions, meetings, and events.
**Key Responsibilities: **
- - Monitor MLS listings in Matrix to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures.
- - Communicate with agents via email regarding listing corrections and compliance issues.
- - Manage Supra eKEY services and Broker Bay system.
- - Prepare and distribute the monthly newsletter and association calendar.
- - Provide office coverage and support during AE’s absence.
- - Assist with board and committee meetings, including preparation of materials and minutes as needed.
- - Support association events such as fundraisers, educational programs, and the Parade of Homes.
- - Perform additional administrative and member support tasks as assigned by the AE.
**Qualifications: **
- - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- - Proficiency with MLS platforms (Matrix preferred), Microsoft Office, and communication tools.
- - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- - Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- - Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on professionalism and customer service.
- - Willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends for events.
